Greek cheese from the islands. A classic story from the mediterranean and one that I worked with the owners at Diaselli Cheesery in Ios to tell from their modern perspective. Using their proximity to the farms where the milk is gathered, we worked to show why their product is a cut above the rest.
Pictures of the process and care that goes into taking care of the animals, as well as the cheese, makes for a plethora of compelling reasons of why one just has to make the trip and try their famed products.
